Let’s get one thing straight: grilling and barbecue are not one in the same. Barbecue = delicious meats slow-cooked over low temperatures. Grilling = you in your ‘Kiss the Cook’ apron cooking a hot dog outdoors. As a Kansas City company, we’d be remiss if we didn’t clarify that key, oft-misunderstood point — and we certainly couldn’t let a meaty infographic about enjoyable summertime meats go by without including a few stats about delicious BBQ.
But we made the clarification. Important distinction. End of discussion.
